Meet Victor Vonico Johnson, a dynamic and award-winning speaker, youth advocate, business coach, real estate entrepreneur, and published author from the Dallas-Fort Worth area! He is a TEDx speaker, an Award-Winning Toastmasters expert, and Treasurer of the global men’s mentor group, King’s Accountability Group, Inc., along with serving on several nonprofit boards.

Victor is a powerhouse of inspiration, blending his leadership, communication skills, mentorship, and financial acumen to help aspiring speakers, entrepreneurs, business leaders, and youth to "Be the VICTOR" in their speaking skills, business, careers, and finances. As the Community Outreach Coordinator for Prosperity Bank, Victor is also on a mission to expand homeownership in Black communities across Texas and Oklahoma. He is also a FreddieMac Credit Smart Certified Facilitator.

With 17 years of experience managing and developing leaders in call centers, Victor pivoted in 2015, diving into real estate investing and growing a successful property portfolio. In 2018, he published Proven Pathways to Wealth & Happiness, sparking a new journey to inspire thousands. Through hundreds of stage appearances, Mindset Monday posts, and his YouTube channel Create Your Future Self, Victor has impacted over 250,000 lives.

He has 9+ years of experience as a professional speaker, guiding organizations, schools, and individuals to achieve real, measurable results. His real estate expertise spans the U.S. and beyond, with successful projects in Texas, Georgia, Kansas City, and Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
